Moke Lake Wedding | Queenstown
Albert & Louise flew down from Auckland for their Moke Lake Wedding. The day was a little grey but the weather held out for the ceremony, which made for moody photos.
The ceremony was held at Moke Lake, a short picturesque drive from Queenstown. This is an intimate and private spot that is perfect for a small wedding.
Louise wore an amazing dip dyed pink dress and walked down the isle with her daughter who made for the perfect flower girl.
Once the ceremony and family shots had concluded, Albert and Louise said goodbye to their guests and had photos taken all around Moke Lake and on our way in to Queenstown. We drove out to the airport to meet on pilot and take a helicopter up to the mountains. With lots of low clouds we couldn’t get to The Ledge so we flew to a more sheltered and lower spot, that still made for beautiful photos with mountain and lake views and amazing dark moody skies. We got back in the helicopter and headed back before the rain and stormy weather came in over Queenstown.
