Jett & Frantzky | Away with Bae

Away with Bae Wedding

UPDATE after Jett & Frantzky's review

Unfortunately sometimes you just have to move on, when there is nothing more to say after you politely but firm have communicated and explained it, When you have legal terms and conditions but they still don't understand. We have done almost 2000 weddings and there will always be a first, and here it is our first bad review for a great wedding:) we are owed thousand dollars by these IG travel influencers and they are doing their absolute best to write bad reviews.

When Jett & Frantzky, from Away with Bae approached us for a collaboration, we declined and they proceeded to book and pay for their wedding with us according to our terms & conditions.

Regrettably, in today's world of social media and the perceived influence wielded by individuals, there exists a misconception among some that they are entitled to special treatment, capable of bending rules to their advantage, or even resorting to coercive tactics against businesses. Fortunately, we were not alone as the pilot, Reverend, photographer, and videographer were present on the day to share the experience.

Despite our extensive expertise in the field, we cannot control the unpredictable forces of nature or possess the ability to gaze into the future. Occasionally, when venturing to distant peaks, adverse weather conditions prevent us from landing as intended and we have to make a swift decision on other suitable landing locations.

The well-being and safety of our clients are of paramount importance, and we strictly adhere to the aviation rules set by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority)

In a very dishonest way Jett & Frantzky from Away with Bae are now trying to get us to refund a very large portion of the wedding, despite being bound by signed legal terms and conditions, verbal communication and emails

Original Post

Meet Jett and Frantzky, two experienced and dedicated travellers who handpicked the magnificent Queenstown in New Zealand as the destination for their elopement wedding. Unfortunately the weather on their big day was predicted to have snow, icy gales, and frosty temperatures. Consequently, we had to revise all the arrangements and reschedule the wedding for a later day.

Luckily, the sun shone down on us on the day of their Heli Wedding, and the weather was perfect, with clear blue skies and a refreshing autumn breeze. We kicked off the celebrations with a First Look on the couple's balcony at Kamana. Later, we made our way to the hangar to meet Michael, our pilot, and flew across the valleys to the Coromandel Peak. However, when we arrived, we noticed a low-lying cloud had formed on the peak, making it impossible for us to land. After some quick deliberation, we flew over to Black Peak, where we touched down and devised a new plan.

Jett and Frantzky were keen on having a picturesque lake view as part of their wedding, so we flew back to Queenstown and over the majestic lake and landing on Cecil Peak. Here, Reverend Carlton Johnson presided over the ceremony on The Ledge, providing a magnificent backdrop of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

As the day wound to a close, we wrapped up the day by the lakeshore before returning to Kamana Hotel.
