No Sorry. Our business has been designed to make things easy for you. We have over 15 years experience and have our own great team. Our Photographers take care of safety on the mountains and also transport you to and from the helicopter, they have unparalleled knowledge of locations and weather.
Yes. You can bring guests, however we believe that elopements should be intimate and for your safety & our flexibility we operate with a maximum of 3 helicopters on the mountains, providing space for up to 14 guests.
It's up to you, but we recommend bookings as soon as you're ready to. Some couples book 1-2 years in advance and some just a few weeks ahead ! The further ahead you book, the greater the choice of available dates.
Yes. We'll assist you with applying for the legal paperwork which includes an online application for a license.
The deposit is $850 NZD
We don't think Weddings and bad weather is a good match. That's why we offer flexibility on the day, to change the times and location if needed due to weathers such as wind and rain. We can also move your wedding to a subsequent date, limited only by availability and the time you're in Queenstown.
We work to quality over quantity. Depending on your package we'll deliver approx 200 edited selected images.
We deliver a sneak peek on Social media within 7 days after your wedding. You'll receive a link to download all your images in Hi Resolution, within 4 weeks. You can add Fast track if you'd prefer to have them quicker and you'll have your images within 5 working days.
Our style is best described as 'timeless' and 'constant'. We provide a fun and relaxed photography experience, shooting both candid and directed images on the day.
We provide gentle direction to ensure you look your best and receive the best images possible.
We use large turbine helicopters flown by pilots with multiple years of experience flying in the mountains.
Health & Safety is paramount for us, we operate under a strict health & safety policy and are audited though Qualmark on it every year. We have first aid certificates and ground handling certificates for helicopters.
The Qualmark endorsement or rating is a measure of quality, safety and environmental standards, for tourism businesses. Each business receives onsite evaluations against up to 300 criteria tailored to the specific tourism experience they offer.
We typically lift off for most packages at 1.30pm. This provides us with the flexibility to move it earlier or later, if needed, due to weather. You can expect to be back at your accommodation by 5pm, allowing you time to relax and get ready for your dinner celebrations.
Depending on the season, sunset can be between 4pm - 10pm.
In our opinion, there are Health and safety risks with flying later in the day.
and the chance of you having to move your wedding day is higher, the temp on the mountain is much lower, you have fewer locations to choose from. The ground location we go to will have less light and and you will not be able to have your wedding dinner until very late in the evening or not at all
For additional cost, we can provide sunset shots the day after, by driving you to some great locations and giving you the best of both worlds.

On the day Fredrik will make you feel so comfortable you won’t even know your photo is being taken, allowing you to be present and take in the whole day without stress. The recommendations for hair, make up and flowers were all 100% perfect. Regardless of which location you land on it will truly take your breath away and you will have plenty of time to take it all in.
