Let us know your preferred date or dates and we'll check availability
We'll send you a booking form
When we've received your completed form, we'll send you a deposit invoice
Pay Deposit
To secure the date, you'll need to pay a deposit of $850 NZD
We start planning
Your wedding date is now secure and we'll start making all the arrangements.
Wedding Booking Confirmation
We'll send you formal confirmation with a link to a private online page where all the details about your day are stored.
2 weeks before your Wedding
The final balance is due and we triple check everything.
Before your wedding Day
We'll meet with you at our studio and go through the plans for your wedding day and answer any last minute questions.
Wedding day
The hair & make up artist will join you in the morning at your accommodation. We'll collect your flowers and your photographer will arrive to take you to the hangar to meet your celebrant & Pilot. You'll lift off to your chosen wedding location for your wedding ceremony and photos. You'll return to base and be driven back to your accomodation, stopping on route for more photos at some of our favourite ground locations
After your Wedding
We edit your photos and make them look perfect. Within 7 days we upload a sneak peek on Social Media and you'll receive all your images and a web gallery within 4-6 weeks. You can add fast track to your booking to receive your photos within 5 working days
"Once we decided we wanted to get married in Queenstown, we spoke with Laura from Heli Weddings and within 24 hours of that conversation as well as reading their reviews we decided to book with them. It was the decision ever as they looked after us so well, both in the lead up to the wedding as well as the big day itself. Any queries we had were answered promptly and professionally.
We met with Meagan and Laura the day before the wedding to go through the schedule of the day and it was here that they gave us the option of postponing the wedding to a day later due to the rain forecast on our day. We are so grateful that they were able to move this so easily and without any stress - the rain did come and there was almost zero visibility of the mountains. However, on the next day the weather was pretty much perfect, so we really appreciated having the option!
We are so grateful that we had Meagan with us on the day of the wedding. She is absolutely incredible and made our day even more special. She took care of everything and was so much fun to have around. She really makes you feel at ease and given how helpful she was in the lead up we’re glad that she was able to play an important role on our big day - as our photographer and our witness.It really was the happiest day of our lives, we didn’t stop smiling all day.
