John and Melissa
John and Melissa joined us from Bundaberg, Australia for a Destination Heli Wedding. They had chose to fly to The Ledge for their ceremony, however due to a rainy start to the day, we decided to change locations and fly to Round Hill on Cecil Peak.
Once we arrived Marriage Celebrant, Eva Hooper had the pleasure of pronouncing John and Melissa, Husband & Wife. Followed by a glass of bubbles, whilst taking in the breathe-taking 360 degree views of the Lochy River & Lake Wakatipu.
Moments before the rain started, we got some lovely photos of John and Melissa and then headed back to The Hanger, where they signed the Marriage License.
We then drove down to the lake to get some detail / close up shots of the newly married couple, before dropped them back at The Rees. John and Melissa spent the rest of their night at The Grille celebrating.
