All pricing is provided on request and will vary depending on the locations you choose, the number of guests attending, and the helicopters required to accommodate your group comfortably.

HELI WEDDING

​

You can invite anywhere from just two guests up to 17 guests to share your heli wedding experience with you. We operate with a maximum of three helicopters, and to ensure everything runs smoothly, we’ll request everyone’s weights (in kilograms) in advance so we can confirm the most suitable aircraft for your group.

For the best experience, we usually recommend flying guests to a single scenic location for the ceremony. Afterward, your guests can return to their accommodation while the two of you continue on to additional locations for more private time and extended photography, should you wish.

When it comes to celebrating afterwards, we’re happy to recommend some exceptional Queenstown restaurants that offer private dining rooms and intimate spaces. If you’re staying in a beautiful Airbnb or private residence, we can also arrange a private chef — a wonderful way to enjoy a relaxed, personalised dining experience to mark such a special occasion.

We have a wide range of stunning ground-based locations available in and around Queenstown, including several beautiful venues that offer elegant indoor backup options. These locations are ideal when you’re planning to celebrate with a larger group of family and friends, allowing everyone to gather comfortably while still enjoying exceptional scenery.

For weddings with guests, we highly recommend securing one of these venues to provide peace of mind in case the weather is less than ideal. This approach ensures you can still enjoy a seamless and meaningful ceremony with your loved ones, regardless of conditions on the day.

If the weather isn’t suitable for flying, we can simply shift your heli wedding experience — including scenic flights and mountain photography — to another day with clearer skies. This flexibility allows you to have the best of both worlds: a relaxed, beautifully hosted ceremony with your guests, and the unforgettable alpine helicopter experience captured in perfect conditions.
